Here's a positive review for personalized housing app. I've been using this housing app for a while now, and I must say it's been a game changer. The personalized recommendation are spot on. And the app truly understands my performance and budget. The interface is user's friendly, making it easy to browse through property's schedule viewings and even updates on new listings that match what I'm looking for, it saves so much time compared to traditional searches.

Worst app. You cannot download your payment receipt. Most of the time payments get failed. No customer care number to contact only chat option is available and gets redirected to email for which u never receive a reply for the complaint posted. No option to delete the cards information saved. Same card details needs to be entered again and again to make payments because if you select existing card and just enter your CVV it always fails. Cannot pay rents properly. Use Credit for rent payments.

"I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience using this application. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues, including: 1. Inaccurate property photos 2. Misleading contact information (brokers posing as owners) 3. Lack of knowledge from the relationship manager 4. Unsuitable property suggestions (locations didn't match my preferences) As a result, I feel misled and disappointed with the membership. I hope the developers will address these concerns to improve the user experience."
