I loved the sync app when it worked. Once my phone updated, Samsung Note 5 to version 7, it quit working. I emailed Magnetospeed and they gave suggestions which didn't work. I really like their chronograph but the sync app SUCKS! April 3, 2022- emailed the company for support (upgraded to a Samsung S21 Ultra) and still no support. They sent a response but didn't offer any suggestions. Still enjoy the chronograph and bought break away ties to use instead of the strap.

The app used to work great on my older phone and tablet. The latest update screwed all the data up nothing is in ft/sec anymore they must have changed a multiplier or something. I have never been able to use the app on my S-21 even though I have bought an adapter for it I can't get it to connect. It pretty much makes the MagnetoSpeed useless unless you physically write all the data down on paper.

Used to work great, updated to Note 5, now it won't connect. Thought it may be bad cable, replaced, still nothing. Magnetospeed seems to have simply stop supporting the software. Shame, I really used that feature to track shooting strings, now it's back to paper and pencil to write it all out. Really looking into Labradar now....
