This app is terrible. On the off chance you actually get signed in good luck. They prefer you use the app, yet it's impossible to sign in, constantly in a state of processing, and the list goes on. I don't know what is worse trying to get someone on the phone who doesn't immediately pawn you off to a different department and will actually attempt to help you or try to use this app.

Having worked in software for over 16 years, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Navigation is almost impossible, the layout is sub-par, and if you make one wrong move, you're unenrolled. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Everytime I log in, I have to login, close out the app and log in again. Every time. There's an update available but you'd never know. Why not add a prompt? I'd like to review the employees incompetance next! It's a a BIG deal.

It is pretty much useless 99 percent of the time. It straight up just doesn't work, and it is not like it's just one thing. Sometimes you can't log in, sometimes the UI is unresponsive, sometimes you get error messages that don't make any sense, sometimes certain links or categories disappear.... I could go on. For something as crucially important as having health insurance, the quality and condition of this app is utterly inexuseable. I need to enroll, but I simply can't.
