-5 stars so many bad reviews are you not fixing it ch5? it was fit for purpose. It crashes all the time then doesnt remember where it was so you have to start again. I appreciate there are adverts but do they have to be the same ones all the time? When it crashes literally 15 times in a programme you have to restart and watch 8 adverts before you get it running and they are the same ads. Waste of time. I have deleted and will just record programmes from the tv to watch

Ads too long at the start. Lose interest before the show starts. Way too many ads. Tried watching the boxing and ended up timing ads instead. For every 6 minutes of boxing there was 3 minutes 45 seconds of ads. Ended up putting it off as they come in half way through the rounds. Took 3 hours and 45 minutes to watch 1.5 fights. Not good

After working brilliantly for ages, once I start a stream and then the app crashes and I can't get back on it. I need subtitles, so I can't activate them. I've tried uninstalling it then reinstalling the app but it makes no difference. Please help it's my favourite streaming service.
