This app is terrible. Extremely slow loading. Also, every time I log in, the app says "unable to load your app"(whatever that means) yet it still shows my information. I sent a message asking a question because I need to know my "group number" to send a claim online and I can't view the reply because it says I need to log in. I click log in, and it goes back to the home page and again says "unable to load your app". Also it's constantly having me log in again. Horrible app. This is on Pixel 9.

When trying to register, you need to input your date of birth. However, it doesn't let you just type in your date of birth but requires you to click back month by month from the current month and year. So if you are 70 years old, you have to click 840 times to get to the correct month and year. I have found this to be necessary for many recent apps. What idiot programmed these apps like this! Not everyone is less than 18 years old (which still requires 216 stupid clicks).

This app is horrible. They force you to run it through Chrome only to get booted off and then not recognized with your login info when trying to get back in. It's tedious to navigate through and extremely limited with advanced searches to go directly to specific specialists. Such a waste of time when you wind up having to call customer service to get any real info or anything accomplished.
