Fix you app. I can't login on the website OR the app. App says it will send me a code via text, but it never comes. I talked customer service as the app directs, but there's no option for tech support, and apparently no way to get to a person. I really don't want to lose 2.5 years of data. if you fix these issues, I'll edit my review.

I love the idea, but I can't log into the app. I tried to change my password through the app and that didn't work. I went on the website and changed my password with no issues. I went back to the app and tried the new password and it is still telling me my password is incorrect.

The app doesn't recognize my login to the portal. do i have to start over creating a new account and all the status for the past year?
