I made instant onspot consultation two times by video call. But both the times i couldnt able to hear the audio from the physician, but i was able to see the video only.

I gave it one star because it is ridiculous that they are forcing us to download the app and create an account just to use inbody device available in the pharmacies. Imagine going through all this nuisance just to weigh yourself. Never going to weigh myself there again anymore.
