Below are some important features!
Track your daily workout progress quickly and view the stats in a calendar view.

1. Calendar with monthly-view - View all you workout logs in a calendar view. This shows your weight, total workouts done and title of the day.

2. List of most popular workouts - Easily select from the list of popular workouts. Search by the name of workout or even muscle group. Get information about any workout by clicking info button.

3. Minimal interface - Add/Edit your workout sets/reps with just few taps. The app UX is designed in such a way that user input is minimal.

4. Rate your daily workout - Select from the scale of 1-10 — How well your workout went. Also write a short line describing the same.

5. Routines/Splits - Choose from or make your own routine or split which you follow. Create new by adding day titles easily.

I liked the simplicity and the ease of funding my workouts in the lists. But I don't understand why I can't plan future workouts, only log past ones? What's the point of a daily reminder if there's no future routine? And speaking of the daily reminder, it didn't even work. Please keep working on this app, it has potential but just not worth it right now.

Great app, I like how it lets us create workouts that are not on the list and customise. I just wish the app allows us to log our weight only, without having to enter any workout for a rest day (also log workout only without recording weight).

Its almost perfect, it's a little difficult to change routines, but besides that it's pretty good and the option to sync it's very useful
