It's easy to use for sure, but when I go in the elevator, I can go only to floor 2 and 3 but not 4, and my storage is on the 4th floor! I talked to the front desk, and they say "its a glitch" that happens to some, not all, and they've had people come out and try and fix it. A glitch? Really? Why can I go to the 3rd and 2nd floor? So now what I have to do is take another elevator and walk all the way around the other side of the facility to get to my storage. Until it's fixed 1 star

The app is inconsistent and consistently inadequate. There's constantly an annoying delay when trying to access the office at work as it seems like it's going to unlock the door, only for it to fail and me having to press the unlock button again. Sometimes, it fails to stay linked to locks/doors/gates. The app looks very unappealing as well, doors and locks you have no access to stay on the "home" section of the app, so it's a hassle having to swipe up to find the locks/doors you need every time

My access account was frozen for some unknown reason. I also keep getting notifications for "unit tasks" that have been assigned but can't seem to find any information on what these tasks are. Overall I just don't see much utility for this app for my purposes when it's a lot easier to just manually enter a code or use a key to unlock an old fashioned lock.
