Ratings and reviews

This app has lost functionality since the last update. I tried for two months to get used to the update, but it's impossible. Weather reports are only partially visible due to overside images that can not be seen. I get notifications in the middle of the night with nothing in it. If I want to see pollen counts, it opens a web browser instead of being a page in the app. Now I have to download another app if I want detailed information on weather disasters. A complete disappointment.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. The app has been crashing for 2 DAYS when trying to open the weather for the next 48 hours. Pretty FRUSTRATING when your HEALTH depends on the weather! PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!! UPDATE: September and you people still can't get it fix. Continues to crash. I'm out. Don't waste your time installing this app, if you want to know the weather, you've got a better chance going outside to look or install another app. I have been a KSAT fan for over 40 years. I'm out 😭

Edit: The app now has full Screen Temu ads that you cannot get passed even after tapping skip. It's no longer usable. So it's a useless app wasting space. Horrible update. Reading the forecast update is beyond frustrating. Giant images prevent me from scrolling the update so essentially I can only read any info before the first image they insert. I can punch to zoom out and shrink the images making it easier to scroll but then the text is unreadable. This update is not useful at all.
