Update: app constantly crashes when going into the package detail page. Instead of putting useless news and ads, why not make the main functionalities of the app works properly? VoLTE performance is getting worse, with signal coverage worsen as well, especially indoors. Eliminating 3G apparently is useless. If you want a carrier that you can actually use, don't even bother with Indosat.

I use cell phone numbers from various provider, each for certain needs. Among them, im3 is the most problematic about its balance issue. The balance always sucked up for anything that i dont know for. Even when my mobile data turn off. Its really frustrating for me that always top up in exact amount that i need to buy some quota. Lets say i do top up 50.000 for buying quota with this price. I use my wifi to operate, the balance come in, but a bit later, it turn to (let say 49.870). Like.. why?

It seems that every update done making my phone too slow. In addition, I had a problem with the new update, first it was done automatically, second additional numbers (3 numbers) were gone, only the main number showing. Retrying inputting the additional numbers but failed with message ENTERED MOBILE NUMBER ALREADY AVAILABLE. My concern is how come, such a big company INDOSAT had crashed my account blindly. I felt really in a doubtful hope that the team could fix it. Account is sensitive data.
