App has some cool features, when it works. So far the only time my mini split has come "online" is when I called tech support for help. The device is definitely connected to our wifi router, we can see it's Mac address, but the app insists that it's offline. It also doesn't seem to work if you're not connected to the same wifi so I can't turn it off if I'm not home.

2024 EDIT: I almost can't believe it's been over a year, and the app has been through a complete overhaul and redesign, and schedules STILL don't execute reliably on both my mini-splits. The only way to fix it is the cumbersome process of deleting and re-adding the unit. Scheduling is, for me, the entire point of having the app. As long as it doesn't work, this gets 1 star.

Had to contact the developer over issues with the app controlling the units and it worked for a little while. I've got other things to do rather than debug their programming, so I'm not going to continue dealing with the app and check back in another year or so and see if gets fixed. Reading the other reviews, it's apparent that the issues are vast. Edit: another year and it still doesn't work right. What is this, year 3? Always faulty indicating off when on in a room. This ap is eternally broke
