Got this app in 2017 and it's been GARBAGE! Countless problems, literally almost every update brings you only new bugs and dysfunctionality. As I am writing this, it's been totally failing for a couple of weeks again, bug fixes aren't working. When your're not at home you have no guarantee that anything will function as programmed and promised. Unfortunately I have to stick with this BS app unless I want to throw out my shutters, too 😭 Update 06/2024: it's still BS & behaving erratically

Setting up any automation is really unintuitive. The app constantly loses connectivity with the Tahoma box without telling you. Basically I can start the app, can control the blinds, but when I later switch back to the app and try to control the blinds, nothing happens at all. App then needs to be closed completely and restarted.

Works ok but so much potential held back by a poor and outdated UI and cumbersome usability. Seems to be a PC app forced to work on mobile. Inconsistent experience and bugs across iPad and Android apps. C'mon Somfy - you can do a lot better - please do a complete usability overhaul via a professional design studio.. You have the potential for a must have app and an amazing home automation experience. Your start up slogan is 'Building happiness'?? more like 'killing happiness'..
