The TaHoma app allows you to stay connected to your home from your smartphone or tablet.

Simply connect your devices such as shades, blinds, or draperies to TaHoma. You can now control them from the TaHoma app, remotely, by voice, or by adding a voice assistant (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Apple HomeKit*).

TaHoma is compatible with a wide range of major home brands (Samsung SmartThings, Philips Hue, etc.). You can add new ones at any time.

Ratings and reviews

If you have more than one location you have to use different accounts but you can only link one to Google. so you can only have one location where voice control.works. You used to be able to switch between locations in the app but this no longer works so you have to log out and back in. So DO NOT BUY somfy if you ever want to use across more than one location. Do not expect their techy team to fix anything that does not work in anything like a reasonable time.

5/10/25: Finally got this "updated" app to work. The lag when you enter a command is horrible. Something really needs to be done about it! 4/14/25: It is absolutely terrible! I wish I could go back to the old version. You need to go back to the drawing board with this. I can NO longer control my device at ALL from my phone!

Migration to new app was not smooth and required tech support which was not easy to engage. Interface is a bit more slek than old NA app. But new app looses several key features related to sunset sunrise triggers and now manual and scheduled programs are separate causing duplicitive programming. That is if you haven't hit the 20 schedule limit which was 40 before.
