Ratings and reviews

The app is fantastic, don't get me wrong!! But when you get to check out and the delivery options come up. You don't get a choice of whether you'd like Click and Collect. You have to choose delivery whether you like it or not but more importantly it's picked the date that suits them not yourself. Which I believe should be changed!! So be careful on that catch people unless your willing to pay another £10 for delivery

The app hangs and crashes all the time. It takes a lot of time to load anything we select. Need more improvement in app maintenance. Also, no product description for 90% of the products. So hard to understand any specifications such as material, water proof or not, etc. Very hard to filter the data as well

I don't understand why, after I choose the country right at the beginning, I spend time finding the desired items myself, and then, when I decide to buy them, I get the 'amazing' message: 'The following products cannot be delivered to the country selected.' Is it so difficult for the system to filter items by country?
