Login issues.! I can't log in to my account. I've changed my password countless times, but it keeps saying invalid username/password when i try to log in. LFC keep telling the problem is fixed, but clearly is not

Waste of time you try to log in and says invalid email so I try to re register and tells me email already has an account was just about to spend a few hundred pound in store but looks like I'll be keeping my money

The app works perfect, my issue is with the company itself. I placed an order for Christmas with guarantee it would be here for christmas, never arrived and still hasn't, I have contacted them and I have never been dealt with in such an ignorant manner. I was made to feel as if it was all my fault and that I was a bother and a hassle to them to even check up what the issues was, when I said what I was angry about they ended my session, appalling!!
