Getting sick and tired of being logged out, and not being able to log back in. Every time there's a update or something, it will always log you out and you have to reauthorize from scratch. Ordinarily this wouldn't be an issue, except you never receive the email with the confirmation code. If you're lucky, it'll come in like 4 hours later. If not you just keep having to hit login and wait for this stupid verification code in an email.

the withdrawal process is a nightmare. It took days to get my money out, with constant delays, and when you text support, all they say that the network is conjured while it works perfectly well on other Ex...., the same response you'll be getting every day. I strongly advise against using LBank. There are many other exchanges out there that offer better services and respect their customers. Don’t waste your time and money here!

The app is great if you don't need service. The service department can't read what you send them and then sends time limits on how fast you need to respond to their emails or they will close the chat! It's a joke! Highly don't recommend
