About this app

"mycandy" is an application used in conjunction with the smart watch developed by our company (Model mycandy), hereinafter referred to as mycandy Watch. By connecting to mycandy watches, the application can do the following:
1. "mycandy" connects to mycandy watch through Bluetooth protocol, through which bluetooth conversation can be realized. Users do not need to take out their mobile phone to answer the call, but can make a conversation on the watch, which will greatly facilitate users' daily life, such as users can not be distracted when driving.
2. "mycandy" connects to mycandy watch, and will send messages and short messages received by users' mobile phones to the watch through Bluetooth protocol. Users will not miss new messages even if their watches are put in their pockets with mute turned on;
3.This app should be used with mycandy Bluetooth watch;
4.mycandy watch collect the user's heart rate, blood pressure,blood oxygen,sleep data and other health data and send it to the app for display. These data are not for medical use, but only for general fitness/health purposes;
5. In the "mycandy" application, the application will locate the user's geographical location through the location information function when the user starts running mode, and draw the user's movement track after running, so that the user can have a more intuitive understanding of the health data generated during running.

Why i cannot change the watch face of my smartwatch it always say Please try again.it always error to change background watch Please fix this issue and add more different watch backgrounds.And please make an update with your smartwatch especially to the battery make it more long-lasting and not very short before it becomes low battery.Because the battery of your Smartwatch is not that really good.

The app just pops in close. Can not open the app and couldnt connect the device. Very disappointed with the purchased device.

This is very worst app watch display is no lighting on mption and notification is not showing for any mobile its very bad i dont have option to give ZERO rate otherwise i would like to give it
