To ensure an optimal experience, our app uses SMS and call logs permissions. These permissions are vital for managing incoming calls and SMS effectively.

Hello, this is my second time owning a Tag Heuer Connected. My issue now is that the new IOS update is draining my battery very badly. The battery only lasts 6 to 7 hours now, and sometimes it is less time. I always try to disconnect and remove extra apps or functions that can drain my battery faster, but after all the adjustments, I still have the same issue. I want to keep my watch, but I don't know what else to do. I just don't want to pay a full price again to fix the watch.

I paid over $2,000 for my Tag Connected Smartwatch, only to find out that the new update to their app makes it MANDATORY that you allow them to collect all your personal data as part of their agreement of terms. If you don't agree to that, you can't use the app AT ALL!!! That means that you can't even simply change watch faces without first giving them access to all your personal data. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Recently had to send my connected in. It was an 'older' version and was not able to be fixed so I was sent an upgraded 'new' model. (for a price). Still love the watch, BUT i'm disappointed that the ability to 'create' my own watch face and manipulate the colors of the hands, etc is missing from new version. I'm confident new owners are impressed with what is available, however, the older app literally had an unlimited number of faces WE could create on our own and save in a library. Still a TAG fan though. Would of given more stars had the new app not taken so much away.
