Jazz is great at keeping you engaged, motivated, and accountable. He is consistent in searching out innovative ways to keep the journey fun and focused. Initially, I wasn't sure how this would work "virtually," but the app with all of its helpful components and his accessibility changed the game for me. In order to see results, you must buy into the program and give it your all. It works!
