Keep a simple record of your sleep and see how your routine changes over time. RestJot is a manual sleep journal: start a recording at bedtime, finish when you wake, or add a record later. No app account is required.
RECORD YOUR ROUTINE
• Log main sleep and naps separately.
• Add a self-rating and optional tags such as caffeine, stress, exercise or screen time.
• Review recordings in history and correct their details.
SEE YOUR RECORDED PATTERNS
• Explore sleep duration, recorded bedtime and self-rating charts.
• Set a sleep-duration goal and review progress.
• Set reminders to support your routine.
OPTIONAL PRO LIFETIME UNLOCK
A single non-consumable in-app purchase adds Pro reports, period comparisons, tag observations, 30-day reports and 7-day plans. No subscription is required. Use Restore purchases with the Google Play account used for your purchase. Reports and comparisons depend on the records available; tag observations show associations in your entries and do not establish causes.
YOUR RECORDS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Sleep records and preferences are stored locally. Export and import backups using the system file picker. There is no developer-operated sleep-data server, advertising SDK or remote analytics service. Google Play processes purchases under its own terms and privacy policy.
RestJot supports English and Chinese, light and dark themes, and larger text. It records information you enter; it does not automatically monitor sleep, record sounds, detect sleep stages or provide medical diagnosis. RestJot is intended for adults and general wellness.
