What to expect during your appointment?
After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a licenced veterinary surgeon or veterinary nurse via video chat.
Similar to an in-person appointment, the licenced vet will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.
The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)
That’s it!
