Update your freaking app!!!! All the good movies you had are gone. It's a waste of money to watch movies from 3 decades ago and not having the good recent ones available. The app and the subscription is pathetically depressing. I dont have FB to communicate with your customer support. Its a shame that you only cater to facebook to customer support. Should have known before i signed up. This is very disappointing. To someone looking to downloading amd signing up with vivamax, word of advice, DONT

Vivamax works but viva prime can not be subscribed. I pay the pay button nothing happens, all the good series switched to prime. This was the worst decision ever, I understand trying to compete with netflix, but loyal customers had option to watch all films, for the price of $9.99 a month there should be no issues, and users should have full access.

I subscribed to the ₱149 plan, it only worked for 3 days, then an update was released today, and I was forced to do so. When I tried to watch a film, it started again to ask me to subscribe. I thought it was because of the update. So, i logged out, and now the app doesn't accept my email add and password. I tried to use the "forget password", but it doesn't send me a verification on my email. I tried to create a new account and it says the email is already used.
