Overall very good initiative and good to see that everything is centralised. Also it shows all the necessary information. I'm facing an issue that app is not opening and it says that there is a bug in the app , and please ask the developer to fix the bug only then the app would open. Kindly check the issue

This is great application. Only one flaw that the language should be in English during making profile. Their should be option column for English and Arabic on home page(first page on opening application first) Language can be changed to English after we creat profile. This is very disappointing as most of expats don't know Arabic. Same with me. I use Google translate to creat profile then change language to English through settings.

There are few issues: 1. The appointment and my data weren't registered at the blood bank 2. I didn't receive a receipt from the blood bank for the donation, so I can't track my donations on the app. Yes, I tried the link posted to add the donation and that requires also a proof. 3. If I need to call, contact support or add my donations manually every time, then what is the point from the app? The idea & the initiative are great, but you need more collaboration with the banks +coding personal.
