I don't do bjj (well I did in my 20s) but I love this app anyway. It's great for mobility and makes my body feel really good. I've tried several different apps and programs for mobility and flexibility and this is one of the best. Reasonable pricing, good classes and well-structured as a whole. Thank you so much! I'm really glad that I found Yoga for BJJ! 💪🏻🙏🏻

Without this app I don't think I'd still be doing jiu jitsu. After the doctors told me there was nothing more they could do for my back pain, I sought ways of managing the pain. Having tried chiropractors, Alexander technique and lots of pain killers, I would have to say that regular yoga is the most effect pain relief and rehabilitation I have found. The app is smooth and easy to use and there is always a yoga class suited to my mood, energy levels and rehabilitation needs. Highly recommended!
