Ratings and reviews

Very generic and doesn't always record. *UPDATE * I spoke with customer service / technical support, multiple times, adjusted the settings like they suggested, paid for a YEAR of the fancy enhanced AI technology, and it STILL doesn't detect people that walk directly in front of the camera. Every time I asked for a refund, they countered with more useless tips for me to try. They, also, just raised the prices of the subscriptions. In my opinion, this product is trash, don't waste your money.

This app was buggy, until it became completely inundated with ads. Just not reliable. When opening the app I'm forced to look at ads before I can access the camera. This is a big problem when I need to see what's happening in my workplace quickly. Also the ads are designed so you accidentally click on them. Before these ads were made intrusive, the app was buggy. App isn't so buggy anymore, just intrusive ads have been added.

Slow to connect, unrelyable, unable to acurately review footage on sd card through the app. But if you just want to "check in" then it's okay. Just dont expect to be able to do it at a moment's notice. I also understand the need for ads in order to keep the app free, but they do not need to be intrusive, covering the entire screen making it take even longer to view your cameras.
