Cameras are decent. The app is trash. I've been trying to go back to find something from yesterday and it just gives the load screen. Then it gives a message about moving the camera closer to the router. The camera is on top of the router. It's recorded on a SD card. Old recordings shouldn't be this difficult to access. It shows network working and I still can't access old video. Terrible app. What's the use of a camera if I can't access old video?

Tap on "Video on SD Card". You will see the activity or alerts on the thumbnail. You will see all SD card activity by scrolling on the timeline bar this way you can directly view the alert or activity by scroll and dropping to the timeline bar. I used to really like this app, but with every "update" it gets worse! Everything is difficult to access including live views. Having to click away ads and other screens just to get to live view is FRUSTRATING. If I want live view, it's because I need to see what's happening NOW. Also, just accessing the cameras and past views involves "tricks" just to get it to work. Why did you make a good thing bad?? Now I have to consider replacing all my cameras with another service. :(

The cameras are taking forever to load when I click on them. Before I could login easily to use my cameras as intercoms in my home when away, and now they are just paperweights. I can't see anything. Update: Went to the website as mentioned and still can't get my cameras to connect it keeps timing out while trying to pair to the app on my phone. Then it tells me to reset the camera, and go through the process all over again just for it to tell me the same thing.
