This is actually one of the worst bus booking apps . The minimum criteria to use a bus booking app is to travel in the bus. The booking was cancelled just 30 mins before and till that time I did not even get the booking details. The customer care is useless as there is no way to contact through calls ,only through WhatsApp and Gmail. They have around 1 hr waiting time on WA. My dad's flight would have missed if I would not have got him a cab at the last min . NO ONE SHOULD USE ZING BUS. PERIOD.

Looks like they onboard any partner operator, with out looking into whether they are capable of providing the proper service. I have had a very bad experience for a couple of times consecutively. Also their customer support is just an dead end and name sake, never received any proper response and sometimes no response too. Wouldn't recommend this app.

Worst experience ever with any bus operators. There always a reply that there is glitch in the app. Timings on the app doesn't show the correct time. They change pickup time without asking. You cannot contact them on call. You can only chat with them. Very unprofessional behaviour with all the employees.
