Been using Dzees cameras a couple years now. They have great quality, app is easy to use, the subscription is a reasonable price but one area I have an issue with is trying to view the cameras when I am not at home. There is always an excessively long loading time, the cameras can't connect, or I'm being asked to load in a lower resolution which doesn't work either. If the away from home viewing would connect quickly this would be an easy 5 stars.

My cameras one by one tell me they are offline. This scenario has happened 4 times within the past 5 months. One goes down then a second one and so on. It all happens at once. Cameras still show connected to my Wi-Fi when I check. Also camera still records events and I can watch them even though it says camera not connected to WiFi. Seems to be an app glitch.

This thing has been screwing up lately. Notifications have been coming in very late. Almost 12 hours late. Also, when check the app, I can see the list of recordings for the day but when I click on one, the video flashes for a split second, then I just see a message saying, "No more recordings on this day." But when I navigate back, I still see a 'list' of recordings for the day. It just won't let me watch any of them. I might need to switch to a different company.
