Ratings and reviews

Previously the Consorsbank app was well designed, clear and easily usable. The newly introduced redesign is Unstructured, confusing, difficult to use. An attempt was made to implement a modern design for compulsion and for no apparent reason without focusing on UX and usability. Based on this experience, I advise possible new customers from an account with the Consorsbank.

Needed 5 calls with the customer support to finally find out why the app didn't work after the update. Slight discrepancy between phone time and server time leads to cryptic error message and nothing working..

I want the old app back. I had my own accounts and my kids accounts. Old app gave a separate overview of my money vs my kids money. Now everything is messed up and double counted. Functionality disappeared, fancy fonts added. This is not something I want from my bank
