Ratings and reviews

No problem with the app, you definitely have one up on Amazon's mess of an app. Everything is well laid out and clear to inderstand. On another note, I do think Takealot should reward loyal customers with points or something. Also it comes accross like the review system, to win a prize, is a scam. It was just a quick way to get people to review there items to gain customers. I also find that Takealot, most of the time, sells stuff at a higher premium than other stores

The app is user friendly ,but can improve on the search fields and filters like sorting prices from low to high, word detection on the search could improve also-when you don't spell the search word correctly it automatically shows no results ,it could auto detect to assist .Overall great app and over thousand products to chose from .I'm happy 😌

Latest update allows for purchases to be done without any security process. There is no 2 step verification with an acceptance message in the bank app or inputting your CVV number. This makes the app extremely vulnerable and allows anyone with access to the app the ability to order anything without any security protecting the account holder. This is the exact reason I stopped with MR D Foods. Before this, Takealot was generally perfect. Excellent service and good range of products. Please fix.
