About this app

The Uptivo app helps members of fitness clubs who use the Uptivo platform to monitor and record their personal workouts, provides tools for booking classes and lessons in the fitness center, and offers interactive training programs designed and assigned by your reference trainer. Instructors can then review all members' activities to help them improve performance, control their weight and enjoy a healthy, energetic lifestyle.

The app is enabled through membership at an Uptivo-powered fitness center, and works with all Uptivo chest and arm heart rate sensors to provide accurate and engaging effort tracking.

Rankings and challenges
Are you a competitive individual? Check out your club leaderboard for sessions, calories, Uptivo performance points (UPPs) and more! Find your friends and see how they are doing month by month. Participate in your gym's challenges and add unique and original digital badges to your personal wall.

Training plans
Consult the digital workouts created by your coaches to train comfortably at home and review the structure of the workout, weights, series and repetitions and videos of the exercises.

Club activities
You can browse your Club's classes and lessons to sign up or get on the waiting list. Credits and subscriptions to participate in your Club's activities can be purchased directly through the Uptivo app.

Record and upload your workout to the cloud
The Uptivo app automatically syncs each new training session with your Uptivo account to provide a complete overview of your progress, with daily and weekly reports and accurate, detailed analysis of all workouts.

Continued use of GPS in the background can drastically reduce battery life.

Ratings and reviews

Stopped working. Requires sign up, so they can harvest your stats and data. Possibly subscription payment. Did not look that far. Will be returning the strap for a refund if possible. Avoid. Data harvesters

Past few months have been awful. Not able to use my sensor, was provided with a replacement sensor by my gym provider. It worked for one day and now I can't get it to connect again. Starting to wonder if it's something to do with the app rather than the sensors. I've done everything and went through every trouble shooting advice I could find on my phone. Just disappointed as I really rely on my sensor for motivation.

This is great to help you maintain a healthy life balance when it works. I have had technical issues where I have had to keep uninstalling the app then reinstall the app to get it to work. I have also have trouble connecting to the device via bluetooth and lastly it's annoying when the bluetooth connectivity drops out. I have an android phone.
