Do not purchase any service from this company. They appear to be extremely unprofessional, with no proper support or sales team in place. It seems like the entire operation is run by just one person from a single room. Once they receive your payment, they completely ignore you — no responses, no assistance, and no accountability. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Totally unreliable and not worth your time or money.

I had a terrible experience with Double Ticck WhatsApp API Solution and strongly advise against purchasing their service. Their sales team was extremely persistent before payment, calling day and night to secure the deal. However, once I paid ₹25,000 + GST, their attitude changed completely. They took 30 days just to start the setup, constantly asking for additional documents. Even after completing all their requirements, the process was slow and unnecessarily complicated. this waste of money

Disappointing experience with Double Tick. Their sales team makes big promises, but after the purchase, they're unresponsive and quote hefty prices for additional support or reports. Buyer beware
