Errors while registration. Countless errors during registration process. I almost broke my neck turning face, but they always say: "change your background", even if it's white or "something went wrong" ... Useless

The app is just amazing comparing to other competitors in the UAE. However, one little thing keeps bothering - you can not actually disable using biometry for logging in. The selector is there in the settings, but it works just once after being turned off. Every next app restart resets that setting. This is quite insecure approach. I reached out to the support with the ask of fixing that, but nothing has been done. They told me that it's just how it works. Please consider to give it anoher try!

The way and style of banking services are perfect. I just face a minor issue: 1. I got my bank account in less tan 5 minutes. 2.After confirm my account wio, I did trial transfer to person wio an amount from my another bank in UAE, the transfer successful and amount credited in wio. 3. When I tried to send back the same amount I got successful notification, but the amount refunded back to wio. Unsuccessful sending of my transaction 3 times, if this issue not solved, I can't rely on wio digital
