Hoover Wizard is the App that enables you to manage and control all the connected appliances by Hoover. Thanks to an extensive package of extra features created exclusively for the App you will have the opportunity to best benefit from the appliances enlarged functionality.

Hoover Wizard App controls all the connected appliances equipped with Wi-Fi or One Touch technology via compatible mobile devices.

The Hoover connected range includes products for washing (washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers and dishwashers) for cooking (ovens, hobs and hoods) and for food conservation (refrigerators).

Totally useless. I am trying to add our new washer dryer to set up Wi-fi access. Despite entering the serial number and the app identifying the correct machine, the app instructions then show the controls and buttons from a totally different machine! So when it says press and hold the "set" button the image shows a rotary knob with buttons inside, where our machine only has a line of touch buttons and none of them are marked "set" or called "set" anywhere in the instruction booklet.

This app doesn't work at all. I've never been able to control the washer dryer whatsoever (it shows made up time remaining, start time and no data about consumption, when I press start it doesn't do anything) but at least I was getting notifications when it finished the cycle. Now I got a new phone and I no longer get the notifications so it's 100% useless now (and I do have notifications enabled for this app)

Absolutely useless. From the very first "log-in" or "sign-in" option. It's either log-in/sign up, or sign-in/register, you can't have log-in/sign-in, they mean the same thing. When I hit the "register" button it greys out and nothing further happens. Uninstalled the app and tried again, same thing, but this time got as far as the screen going white before nothing further happened. Useless, and a waste of my time.
