Candy simply-Fi App allows you to communicate with your appliance. Beside assisting in carrying out daily activities "Candy simply-Fi" increases functionality making your product or the set of products more intelligent and performing.

To take advantage from Candy simply-Fi functionality you need to acquire one or more appliances equipped with Candy Wi-Fi connected technology (Smart Fi+, Smart Fi) or Smart Touch) and a compatible device.(*)

Product range manageable via Candy simpy-Fi App includes Washing machines, Washerdryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Hobs and Hoods.

With the integrated Demo mode you can explore most of the functionality of Candy simply-Fi App, before purchasing an appliance of the range.

This app is terrible; it takes ages to connect to the machine, it often gives you a 'something went wrong' error and doesn't remember your last position. My phone has even offered to disable the app because it crashes so much. Sadly, there are features on my machine (like Aquaplus) that are only available on the app - and so manual control is also impossible. It sorely needs an update, as does their poor implementation of Alexa integration.

This app is awful, as is the washing machine interface. Those touch buttons are terrible and the start button stopped working, so my only option to start a washing cycle was thru the Simpli-Fi app. But this stopped working as well after changing my network provider. Now I cannot connect to the dishwasher because it gives me an error saying that I must be connected to a 2.4Ghz network - which I am! No matter what wi-fi I use, it always gives the same error and aborts the connection.

If the UX of the dishwasher is bad, (buttons with no feedback if working, confusing number system (p5 hard to find), then the app is absolute hell for adding a device. Doesn't work, makes you re enter the serial number every time, can only work with wifi that has 5ghz disabled. How does something like this even get to market? I only downloaded the app hoping it would be easier to run a normal dishwasher cycle. Huge disappointment!
