You can record your weight, BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar level, GA value, number of steps, etc.

-View frailty score *1
You can find out your own frailty score.

-Notifications/messages *1
You can receive notifications provided by your local government. You will receive useful information, including health-related information. Some notifications will be personalized based on your information. In addition, if the content of the notification requires a procedure, you can exchange messages with the person in charge individually.

-Local resource search/check-in *1
You can search for local resources (town halls, places to go, events, etc.) provided by your local government, and keep a record of your check-in when you use them.

-Point card *2
You can earn points every day by activities that contribute to your health. Some points accumulate naturally, while others are earned by actually doing activities such as checking in. You can exchange the accumulated points for prizes.
