I can't use the "Take a photo" option. It says "Take a photo is not supported on this device". And then after this whenever I select the "choose file" button in order to select a picture I had to take outside of the app, nothing happens at all. I have to sign out of the application altogether and then sign back in for it to reset, then I select the "choose file" button and then I'm able to select a picture taken outside the app. But I have to be careful to attach the pictures first otherwise all information is lost. Just a messed up version of this app on Google play for Android....very buggy and not well tested in my opinion.....expect better.

It has been really helpful facilitating my request but recently malfunctioning, when I open it , it returned back not allowing me to enter my request. I have uninstalled it and downloaded a new one but still the same thing reoccurring. Please there should be an improvement on the App.

Some assigned facilities randomly vanish from my selection list. Others have the same issue.
