I saw a few negative reviews but I feel those were rushed. Likewise, I have also been with yogaworks for several years and gotten used to class interaction but the new platform offers a fresh interface and most importantly, now you can take class with your favorite instructor anytime. That's huge given our busy schedules! I also think the quality of videos is greatly improved over zoom quality, especially when screen casting to big screen. Chat is coming soon! Mgmt is great & listens to feedback
