I will be closing my account before November 1 due to the ADB requirement of maintaining a 2,000-peso balance. Otherwise, I will be charged a 100-peso maintenance fee if my balance falls below that. I've been a Komo user for a while now, but I've realized that there are better digital banks out there that don't require as much and offer better interest rates for savings. I don't think it’s worth keeping my money in this bank.

The first time I used your app is incredible working just fine without any updates yet. Right now, when all of the updates and such happened I can't even get an OTP real time even if my signal was on a full bars. Before when I'm transferring money there's no problem at all, because the process is as smooth as marshmallow but right now? I don't think so, cause I needed to click the resend for OTP just for me to get it though, it's not ethical especially for those ppl who needs it immediately.

I just switched phones. My komo was inactive so it asked me to update my details. I updated them and submitted my passport and selfie. It said wait after 48 hrs. After 24 hrs, the app showed a notification that I didnt submit complete details. I DID! I login on app and it wanted me to submit everything again! Bahala kayo dyan. Such a hassle. Bulok bulok app niyo.
