I have been having issues with logging into my account. I already registered my account but it is always showing an error at the end. The way i see and check my transaction is via fb messenger which is so inconvenient for me. Can someone help me from IT to check on this? Apparently customer service was unable to help me with this.

It's convenient when it's working. But most of the time, you can't really rely on using this app instead of your physical card. Server is offline most of the time. List of transactions is loading infinitely, if it loads, it will be just 5 or 6 items, which is not that helpful at all. Digital banks already have this feature where you can check your list of transactions real-time, and can view all if needed. Unlock/Lock feature is almost useless if server is offline most of the time.

I locked my card previously. Now, I can't unlock it anymore. Nothing happens when I click the unlock button. In fact, the app can't get any information about my card. It won't list my transactions, my balance, etc. So, I reinstalled it, hoping it will solve the issue. But now, every time I try to add my card, the app exits after entering the OTP. Whenever I launch it again, it will say that my session has expired and that I have to restart the app. And it just becomes an endless loop. Trash.
