EastWest has developed the first ever Android Mobile app in the Philippines that transforms your NFC capable Android device into a VISA EMV contactless card emulator.  Your VISA card's transaction credentials are tokenized and then safely stored in your device in compliance with VISA encryption standards. This is the same standard that renders your plastic EMV card un-hackable.

Ever since this app logout me out, I wasn't able to reregister, it's always stuck on the part where you have to enter the last 4 digits of your card and then boom, it closes out automatically, then you have to start all over again. Don't know what happen to this app, started when it updated back on May 2025. Update as of Aug 16, 2026, still unable to register my Visa card, it keeps on restarting after entering the last 4 digist of my card. Useless app.

I have been having issues with logging into my account. I already registered my account but it is always showing an error at the end. The way i see and check my transaction is via fb messenger which is so inconvenient for me. Can someone help me from IT to check on this? Apparently customer service was unable to help me with this.

error msg received. "and undefined error has occurred and has been reported. we're sorry for the inconvenience." now what?
