About this app

With the Moja Heyah application you can:
• manage your Heyah 01 subscription and other Heyah numbers added to your profile
• pay bills in Heyah 01
• check invoices in Heyah 01
• purchase additional services
• check the balance of your Heyah pre-paid account
• top up the number with a card, via Google Pay or a quick transfer
• add minutes, SMS or data packages in the Heyah prepaid tariff
• check call history

Do you have a Heyah card or a Heyah 01 subscription? The app is for you!
If you use the app using your carrier's network, you can log in automatically. Using the application via Wi-Fi requires manual login - providing the phone number and a one-time code from SMS or e-mail and a password.
My Heyah is available on Android software version 8.0 and higher.

Why does the app require permissions to...
• ...Your messages? Thanks to this, we can send you a one-time login code and notify you about the use of data packages via SMS.
• …network connections? They are necessary for the efficient use of the application.
• …Your information and contacts? Thanks to this, after adding numbers to your profile, the application reads the names of contacts from your device.

An app to keep your card under your control, but support is quite weak, and the charts close if you need to check something, promotions are hard to understand, so if everything is ok, it is a great app. When you have any problems, better contact through a phone call.

Horrible app. Breaks all the time and the service while worked by good people is simply unable to help. Can't even top up to start a plan because the app (and site) are so broken

Horrible app! Non-functional, nothing actually works. All of the options return the mysterious -219 error. You will have to make do with ussd codes. User interface is bloated, prone to flashing and occasionally fails to give any feedback. Not recommended!
