I tried to make 2 payments (small amounts) and used colon (:) as provided in both transaction descriptions. First one went okay but the second was blocked each time, even though I force send it like 25 times within a week while trying to get unsuccessful help from CS 3 times in the mean time. I speak polish fluently (native) so language barrier wasn't an issue. I removed that colon and transfer went through, wish someone would told me that. Also there's no way to chat or message CS from the app.

As soon as I installed the app on a different phone and login, it blocks the account and says I need to go to the bank to update data. It happened for the 3rd time in one year. Imagine, if it happens, that u lost your phone and bought a new one abroad, you get stuck without your money, as in my case they are forcing you to go to the branch, online service is not working.

Edit: Accessing the bank through online means is impossible for 5 months now. Activating the app with their SMS method doesn't work and logging in to ipko works neither, because they don't send OTP SMS. They do send promotional messages however, without any problem. Neither call center, nor branch workers know anything about this issue, and keep saying to check my signal. At the end I had to close my account at the branch and they charged me for moving my money to another account.

Bez dostępu do Pana danych nie wyjaśnimy, dlaczego nie może Pan aktywować IKO (jest to możliwe tylko na polskiej karcie SIM) i dlaczego nie ma Pan dostępu do iPKO (jeśli nie dochodzą SMS-y to może być kwestia ustawień telefonu). Tego wszystkiego tutaj nie wyjaśnimy, ale przykro nam, że zrezygnował Pan z naszych usług - szanujemy jednak decyzję.
