After spending a lot of time going through every menu and setting, I failed to find how to recharge my prepaid card and I had to do it from the website. I wrote a review, which has been answered saying that I am supposed to be able to perform the operation from the app. So I went back and indeed the option is NOW there. So something was wrong with the app when I tried the first time, because I am 100% sure in the start page there was only Mein tarif and no aufladen option on top.

Totally useless app. Strongly do not recommend this mobile provider. Cell coverage in Berlin is very weak. App feels like wroted by student project - regular looped and freezed, permanently needs to be restarted. Eg: tap once to button - nothing appears as visual response, tap one more time - created two different request for two different sim-account... And blau-support is also useless and smells like "just pay and shut up" (with response time in one week). Worst experience at all.

Hallo Viacheslav Belov, danke für deine Bewertung. Leider kam es zu Beginn des Monats zu Einschränkungen beim Login in unsere App. Inzwischen sollte dies aber wieder funktionieren. Alternativ kannst du auch unser Onlineportal nutzen, wenn du Probleme bei der Nutzung unserer App hast.
