I have been living with layers of grief for various reasons, including bereavement, for over 40 years. I am finally realising that I would benefit from a therapeutic intervention in order to move on with my life. I researched various options and decided that the Griefworks app seemed best value for money. It really is. I have access to modules, a toolbox of strategies and online sessions. It's making me see my grief in a different way and helping me make sense of some of my behaviours.

I found Griefworks app so helpful in clarifying the pain and stress I was feeling and the sense I had of being almost washed away by the tide of emotion. The short focused talks and prompts calmed the turmoil and allowed me space to make the insights relevant to me in a step-by-step way. The team was responsive when I had a tech issue at the start. Highly recommend - I would give 10 stars if possible!
