The cyNettest tool is the official MEET tool for measurement as defined in Annex 1 of the Open Internet Access Decree (PI 72/2017) as amended from time to time.
The cyNettest mobile application enables consumers to perform measurements on broadband mobile network connections as well as on wireless landline (WLAN) connections.
CyNettest provides the ability to:
Perform measurements to estimate the download and send speed as well as the delay (ping).
Perform various service quality checks such as VoIP call checks, TCP & UDP ports, DNS and more.
Detailed history of user metrics.
View the results of all users' measurements on a map and display statistics in graphical form.
