App not working, can't even log in after my account was created for Christmas. Thinking of returning the water bottle. No point in keeping it if the app is not working properly.

I’ve had my WaterH 24oz smart bottle for 10 months. Since daylight savings, it disappeared from the app and won’t reconnect via Bluetooth. Reminders still work but I can’t manage goals or see accurate drinking times. Sip detection is unreliable, adding 1–5oz randomly, often not registering sips when low. I must manually adjust intake daily. The light reminder goes off every 30 minutes and cannot be turned off. For $50, this is very frustrating.

I love this. Tracking my success of drinking water each day has helped me reach my goal more consistently. I really appreciate the ability to set my own water goal and it auto-calculates water intake from coffee and tea beverages. I've found the data reliable and I use it daily. There are improvements which could be made on the bottle. The model I have doesn't fit in a standard size cupholder. I don't like the drinking spout and the locking mechanism could be better. Still, it deserves 5 stars.
