Ratings and reviews

Works well. I like the simplicity and the outage notices displayed at the front. The outages are always well timed so as to not invonvene the customers. Any chance of integrating total account balance rather than just showing credits and debits in the account transactions view?

Easily one of the most poorly designed apps. I've have to continually log in with all my details. I also have to always agree to multiple terms and agreement every time using the app. Every. Single. Time. It's honestly embarrassing how this is something we need to experience in this day and age.

Absolutely useless App. Anything I try to do gives the message 'a system error has occurred'. Can't make basic payments etc with out using my laptop. I can't even submit a ticket or complaint as it gives the same message. A functioning banking app is pretty important to me. Considering moving all accounts elsewhere at this stage. Update 11/3: same issue. They don't care.
