Can see account info. Biometrics is useless recently because you have to enter your username and password and one-time code anyway; you can dismiss the prompt and hit Log In to get the same interface so it doesn't even count as security. Opens in Chrome rather than preferred browser. Back gesture does nothing. Services menu is duplicated but in one of the menus, the options just lead to errors. App has long been the worst part of banking with TDECU. Please hire people who will take it seriously.

I would give a 0 if I could. I can't login with biometrics or id and password without further verification no matter how many times I go through the process. Your new "security" measures are making it nearly impossible to deal with you or my money. After several months NOTHING has been fixed. Even worse, although I updated my phone information in my profile, this stupid app will not send confirmation messages to anything other than the original phone number. This app is TERRIBLE!!!

Its mostly a great app. I've used it for years with no problems. Able to deposit my checks, transfer money, and see all my transactions. My only issue is that the budgeting tool is useless since the linked bank for my credit card hasn't synced in over 2 months. This happened around the same time last year. It somehow started working again last year but no one knows why it keeps doing this. Update: it somehow works again. After unlinking and linking again it for a 3rd time.
