Even the old version of the app is better... Very NON user friendly design. The app can be made much more simple, and some elementary options can be added on the right place. Too many unnecessary tabs and spam-like-information. And the final disappointment - this version does not work on all devices, instead of the old app. It gives error and "try later" every time. Also, practicality, this is not a FREE app, because I have paid to A1 Bulgaria to use this service. Please work on it harder...

Constantly getting a "Maximum sessions reached", even though I use my account only on one device. I have to uninstall the app several times in order for it to work. I know what a generic application exception handling means, so this is bs. No "help", or "support" option on the app, which on a user perspective says "We don't care about you". And before you, A¹, respond with "we constantly improve whatever", this is a constant behavior for a service which I pay for.

Xplore TV GO allows registration of up to 5 devices, but playback of only 1 or 3 depending on the package you use. The configuration of the services for all customers will be changed soon and you will no longer encounter this difficulty. You can use the A1 Assistant at help.a1.bg.

I like the idea of the app, but i use it on 2 tvs at home and it's awful. It works normally for like 10 min and then it stops. I have to restart the tv to get it working again. There are just so many issues with this app, i dont have enough space to write them all. A1 please fix your app, there is no point of it if it's not working!
